Grocery store chain settles race harassment lawsuit
May 30th, 2009Town & Country Grocers of Fredericktown, Missouri, doing business as Country Mart Grocery , will pay $27,000 to settle a lawsuit brought by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission .
